CMB Insurance Brokers Announces New MacEwan University Scholarship
Supporting Future Leaders in Insurance and Risk Management
Edmonton, Alberta – CMB Insurance Brokers, a leading provider of comprehensive insurance solutions, is thrilled to announce the establishment of the CMB Insurance Brokers Award, a new scholarship fund aimed at supporting students pursuing a career in insurance and risk management at MacEwan University.
This $1500 scholarship is designed to assist students enrolled full-time in the Business Management – Insurance and Risk Management major at MacEwan University. Our goal is to foster the education of talented individuals who demonstrate a strong potential in the field of insurance and risk management.
Eligibility and Criteria
To qualify for the CMB Insurance Brokers Award, applicants must:
- Be enrolled full-time in the Business Management – Insurance and Risk Management major at MacEwan University.
- Maintain good academic standing.
- Submit a 250-word written description of their career goals post-graduation.
Preference will be given to students who exhibit a keen interest in pursuing a career in large commercial insurance brokerage.

The selected recipient will have the opportunity to meet with members of the CMB Insurance Brokers team, providing a valuable networking opportunity and insights into the professional world of insurance brokerage.

The Insurance and Risk Management program at MacEwan University equips students with essential business and insurance-specific knowledge.
